The National Park Service, Contract Operations East - Boston Major Acquisition Buying Office issues this Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed priced commercial services contract, subject to the Service Contract Act, to perform all operations of Boiler and Furnace cleaning services at Cape Cod National Seashore, Wellfleet, Massachusetts, as specified in the statement of work. b. The Contractor is to furnish all transportation, vehicles, labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials necessary for the services required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, Federal, State and Local Regulations. c. Liability Insurance is required. Refer to DIAR 1452.228-70 Liability Insurance - Department of the Interior, in the Request for Quote. d. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price Contract for a Base year plus four (4) Option Years in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ). e. Offers shall be submitted electronically to Janice Boscoe at Janice_Boscoe@Contractor.nps.gov by Friday August 09, 2024, at 11:00am EDT. FAXED SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All offers must be submitted by the due date and time, in order to be considered, as late offers will not be accepted. f. Contractors must have an active SAM registration at the time of offer submission. www.SAM.gov. g. A Site Visit is encouraged and MUST be scheduled in advance with the COR. You may reserve a date and time with the COR by contacting the COR via phone 508-957-0707 and reserving a data and time for your site visit. Offerors who show up on site without having reserved a site visit will not be accommodated. h. The Source Selection is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable with technical factors. Offerors MUST provide and address responses to the Technical Factors and submit with their price proposal in order to be considered for award. i. It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to read the solicitation and its attachments, in their entirety, to not only understand the requirements of the services to be provided, but also to understand the documentation required to be submitted with their proposed Offer. j.
