Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and parking garage.
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Fire Department Garage Door Replacement. Furnish and install five replacement garage doors at the Fire Department One 14 wide by 12 high and Four 11 3/4 wide by 14 high Model Four Fold FF1000XT. Doors are based on the hurricane approved 120 PSF positive and negative includes large missile impact and HVHZ approval for High velocity zone. Pricing to include installation by certified installers including all electrical and radio receiver transmitter installation and removal disposal of existing doors and associated appurtenances. Work is subject to current MA prevailing wage rates Contractor/vendor to furnish and install (5) replacement garage doors at the Fire Department (1) 14' wide by 12' high and (4) 11 3/4' wide by 14' high.
