The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in bidding. Question Deadline 08/08/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Scope of Work: The project involves the addition of overhead string lights, fabric sail shades and poles between two existing buildings. All work must be performed in accordance with federal, state and local codes including but not limited to the: 2015 International Building Code. Include all required inspections and approvals from the City of Romulus Building Department. All submitting companies must submit manufacture and basic model numbers, manufacturer specifications and cut sheets with the bid submittals as well as lead time for installation. Proposals are to address the site improvements All work performed must be in accordance with local, state and federal building codes.
