Site work for a mixed-use development in Romulus, Michigan. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000370117 - Advance Notice, will go out for RFB in Jan 2025 The Project includes the repair and replacement of up to 300 floor drains, concrete full depth and partial depth replacement, and relocation of parked cars within the McNamara parking deck. This work will be phased to mitigate inconvenience to passengers within the deck. The McNamara Deck boasts being one of the largest three parking decks in North America hosting over 10,800 parking spaces. The new replacement drains will be 'in-kind' with the new piping getting updated from cast iron to schedule 80 PVC. The McNamara Parking Deck will remain open throughout the duration of the project and the successful bidder will be required to coordinate this project with multiple other concurrent parking deck projects.
