The work generally consists of: o Removal of existing items as designated on the plans (ceilings, lighting, exit lighting, etc.) o Installation of new suspended acoustical ceiling system o Modifications to existing ductwork including new grilles and diffusers as designated on the plans o Modifications to existing fire suppression system due to new ceilings o Installation of new lighting, lighting controls, and occupancy controls o Modifications to existing emergency generator as designated on the plans Bid documents will also be available for examination (no purchase) at the following locations: o Ehresman Architects It is the contractor's responsibility to review and become familiar with the job site, conditions, etc. prior to submitting its bid to the district.
