Renovation of a mixed-use development in Romulus, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Romulus Community School District is seeking proposals for a Filter First Fixture Replacement Installation project across seven school facilities located in Wayne County. Michigan. The procurement is a Request for Proposals (RFP) focused on removing existing water fixtures and installing new filtered water bottle filling stations and drinking fountains, specifically Elkay LVRCGRN8WSK water coolers. Delivery & Installation Completion: The work is expected to begin June 13, 2025, with completion expected August 15, 2025. 5% bid security, with performance and payment bonds required for proposals exceeding $50,000. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted in writing to Jason Perkins at jdperkins@romuluskl2.org no later than March 19, 2025 The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
