Provide and install new pumps per Exhibit A: a. CWP #1 Groundfos: 6012-3/4KP, 460v, 3phase, 30HP or equivalent; b. CWP #4 Groundfos: 4012-1/2KP, 460v, 3phase, 15HP or equivalent; c. CHWP #6 Groundfos: 5012-7/8KP, 460v, 3phase, 25HP or equivalent. 4. Provide and install related valves, check valves, and flexible connections. 5.
