Downtown Parking Inventory and Study Recommendations. Site Address: 187 SE Court Street Scope of Work the Selected Vendor Will Be Responsible for Providing Services Related to the Following Tasks (Ranked in Order of Priority): 1. Inventory of All Parking in the Urd (See Map in Attachment a) O on-street O Off-street Private (Not Accessible to the Public) Public (Always Accessible to the Public) Semi-public (Accessible at Certain Times or for Specific Users) O Timed Vs. Untimed 2. Demand/use Analysis O M-f Daytime O M-f Evening O Weekend 3. Feasibility Analysis for the Creation of a Parking District Which Would Include the Following O Downtown Employee/resident Parking Lot or Lots (Permit by Purchase) O Shared Parking Agreements With Downtown Property Owners 4. Projections for Parking Needs With the Construction of Up to Three Multistory Commercial/residential Developments in the Urd in the Next 8 Years 5. Implementation of a Cohesive Parking Signage and Marketing Scheme to Better Identify Existing Parking in the Short-term 6. Feasibility Analysis for a Urd-led Parking Improvement Project That Would Include the Possible Purchase of Potential Lot Sites and Financial Assistance to Owners of Lots That Need Improvements (Paving, Drainage, Striping, Etc.) 2. Qualifications a) Provide a Brief Description of Your Firm, Including Its Founding and History; Number of Employees; Service Areas; and, Awards or Other Forms of Recognition. B) Provide a Description of Your Work Process. 3. Experience and Ability to Perform This Work a) Describe the Approach Your Firm Would Undertake to Successfully Complete the Tasks Described in the Scope of Work in Conjunction With the Goals and Objectives. B) Provide Examples of Relevant Work and / or Case Studies in Similar Sized Oregon or Pnw Cities/downtown Areas. C) Provide a Minimum of Three (3) Client References (Firm Name, Primary Contact, Telephone, Address, Email, and Website). 4. Work Plan a. A Work Plan That Highlights How the Agency Will Accomplish the Items Outlined in the Scope of Work. 5. Pricing a. Interested Vendors Are Requested to Provide a Detailed Proposal Outlining Their Approach to Each Task, a Breakdown of Costs for Each Task, Including Labor, Materials, and Other Relevant Expenses, and Details Regarding Their Relevant Experience and Qualifications. B. Please Follow Exactly the Requirements for the Responses Noted Above. It is the Responsibility of Respondents to Provide All Required Materials in the Required Form and Format. Responses That Are Not in the Required Form and Format Will Not Be Considered. C. The Urban Renewal Agency Has Allocated No More Than $20,000 for This Study. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
