COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 3335 improvement of Country Homes Boulevard Cedar Road to Wall Street in Sections 19, 25 and 30 in Township 26N. Range 42E and 43E E.W.M. by HMA Grinding, HMA paving, Pavement Markings, Project Traffic Control and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. BID DEPOSIT REQUIRED. No bid may be considered for public work unless it is accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, case, cashier's check or certi-fied check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed. If the bidder to whom the contract is awarded fails to enter into the contract and furnish the contractor's bond as required within ten delays after notice of the award, exclusive of the day of notice, the amount of the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the County and the contract awarded to the next lowest and best bidder. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a single bid and to waive all informalities in the bidding *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
