Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The County is seeking a professional Railroad Engineering (A/E) service provider for railroad design engineering services including design of a new railroad/highway grade crossing warning signal system with gates and flashing lights at Coulee Hite Road and WSDOT PCC crossing. Construction engineering support services may also be required and contracted for federally funded projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
