Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of November 4, 2025, engineer design team has been identified. The consultant will provide design services [or a diverging diamond interchange to include sidewalks on Western Avenue from EB to WB Memorial Road. Resurface Western Avenue from NW l22nd Street to Santa Fe Avenue and Western Avenue from NW l22nd Street to westbound Manorial Road. Intersections shall be upgraded to current ADA standards and Wavetronics installed. Upgrade all storm inlets to the latest bike friendly,' design. 'the plans shall be designed to ODOT standards and include NEPA process. right-of-y and utility relocation coordination. The fixed limit of constriction is $6,700,000. The City and its Trust reserve the right to award the Contract(s) or not and to revise the Scope of Services and/or the Project scope or description, as may be in the best interest of the City or Trust. Question Deadline 07/30/2024 at 10:00 AM CT All questions must be submitted through online. Answers to the questions will be posted in Periscope by 2:00 p.m. on August 2,2024. Time Schedule for the above Scope of Work: Task I - Preliminary Report required within ninety (90) days of award of contract and Task 2 - Final Plans and Specifications required within three hundred (300) days of the Notice to Proceed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
