Renovation of a municipal facility in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 10, 2024, project was awarded toCasey Slone Construction LLC but awarded amount is not available.* Proposals will be opened in the office of Purchasing for award by the Commissioner's Court. Payments will be processed by the County Auditor after notification of satisfactory receipt of items. Smith County reserves the right to award by unit cost or lump sum discount and waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Smith County. Smith County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Work of the Project is defined by the contract documents and consist of the following. Replacement of existing Generator in the mechanical yard. Expansions of existing electrical room as well as adding new electrical equipment. Updates to any MEP penetrations through fire rated walls will also have to be made to bring the project up to current code requirements.
