2024 Water Well Demolition. Question Deadline 08/10/2024 Questions concerning this project shall be submitted 72 hours prior to bid opening through at online. in the Q&A Portal. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. Calendar Days: 90 Liquidated Damages: As outlined in Section 16.12.3 of General Conditions Scope: Project shall consist of demolishing and plugging the City of Tyler's Water Wells No. 2, 4, and 5. Project includes three (3) separate water wells sites consisting of plugging the existing water wells, demolition of all site improvements, demolition of electrical and controls equipment, and site restoration. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimate: $600,000.00 - $700,000.00
