As of August 14, 2025, the project is completed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Parks & Rec Building Roof Replacement The Centralia Parks and Recreation Department is accepting sealed bids for the tear-off and replacement of three roofs: Scope of Work: 1. Concession Stand - 20 x 40 building. - Remove shingled roof and edge. - Replace with synthetic roof paper, 29 ga metal, eve trim, rake and corner - end wall flashing, pipe flashing, vented ridge cap, closure strips, and extra wide overhang. 2. Storage Building - 48 x 20 building. - Remove shingled roof and edge. - Replace with eve trim, synthetic roof paper, special rake trim, edge cap, and 29 ga metal. 3. Golf Course, Club House - 5,876 sq. ft. building. - Remove shingled roof and edge. - Replace with architectural 30-year shingles, roof edge, vents, flashing, and synthetic roof paper. All materials used are specified in this document. Bids shall include all labor and materials necessary to complete the project.
