Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Litchfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This work consists of repaving parking lots for the City of Litchfield. Area #1 is 578 S.Y. This will be a 1.5" binder and 1.5" of surface mix N-50 applied to our rock subbase. A prime coat will be applied before paving. Area #2 is the alley way at 342 S.Y. This will be a 1.5" binder and 1.5" surface mix N-50 applied to our rock subbase. A prime coat will be applied before paving. Area #3 will be a mill & fill at 1.5" at 433 S.Y. with surface mix N-50 with prime coat. Area #4 will be a mill & fill at 1.5" at 272 S.Y. with surface mix N-50 with prime coat. Area #5 will be a mill & fill at 1.5" at 392 S.Y. with surface mix N-50 with prime coat. . Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform said maintenance. . All work shall be paid prevailing wage. . The Contractor shall not be considered an agent or employee of the City for any purpose and shall be deemed an independent contractor. The Contractor shall be solely liable for any injury to persons, employees, property of the Contractor or property of others. . The Contractor shall maintain contractor's liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 for all services outlined and provide proof of insurance.
