Pre-Qualification: Yes Project Owner Number: 2202-01063 Bids shall be upon cash payment on the following types of work: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Design for one (1) Pre-Engineered Storm Shelter Comfort Station; up to six (6) Structural Designs of Footings and Foundations specific to the site conditions at each of the six (6) installation location; furnishment of all materials, equipment, and labor required to manufacture, and deliver, a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of six (6) complete Pre-Engineered Storm Shelter Comfort Stations. Site installation and preparation and utility service installation will be performed by others. Additional Description: Pre-Approval to bid is required for all proposed building package systems. Building and Foundation & Floor Slab Design Submittal for Building Installers Bidding Information Shall Be Complete on or Before August 15th, 2025. Building and Foundation & Floor Slab Final Sealed Plans, Specifications, and Calculations Shall Be Complete on or Before September 29th, 2025. Delivery of All Building Materials Shall Be Complete and Ready for Final Payment on or Before February 13th, 2026.
