Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Pre-Qualification: Yes Project Owner Number: 2202-01063 Bids shall be upon cash payment on the following types of work: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Design for one (1) Pre-Engineered Storm Shelter Comfort Station; up to six (6) Structural Designs of Footings and Foundations specific to the site conditions at each of the six (6) installation location; furnishment of all materials, equipment, and labor required to manufacture, and deliver, a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of six (6) complete Pre-Engineered Storm Shelter Comfort Stations. Site installation and preparation and utility service installation will be performed by others. Additional Description: Pre-Approval to bid is required for all proposed building package systems. Building and Foundation & Floor Slab Design Submittal for Building Installers Bidding Information Shall Be Complete on or Before August 15th, 2025. Building and Foundation & Floor Slab Final Sealed Plans, Specifications, and Calculations Shall Be Complete on or Before September 29th, 2025. Delivery of All Building Materials Shall Be Complete and Ready for Final Payment on or Before February 13th, 2026. The Owner's Anticipated Award Dates Are as Follows: Award Building and Foundation & Floor Slab Design on Approximately July 28, 2025. Award Fabrication of Building Materials on Approximately September 29, 2025 The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informality in Any Bid, and to Accept the Bid Deemed Most Favorable to the Interest of the Owner. The Owner Reserves the Right to Hold All Bids for Building and Foundation Designs for a Period Not to Exceed Thirty (30) Days From the Date of Bid Opening, and Delay Award for Building Material Fabrication and Delivery for a Period Not to Exceed Ninety (90) Days From the Date of Bid Opening. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Ninety (90) Days The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds in the Full Amount of the Contract.
