Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of Stormwater, Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, and Related Items Work shall consist of approximately 16 inlets, 8 storm manholes, 2,200 LF of storm sewer, 2,500 CY of blended base, 7,400 LF of curb and gutter, 3,400 tons of AC superpave, and related items. The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law, through online. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. Est.
