Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law, through website. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. Miscellaneous: Work shall consist of approximately 4,800 tons of blended base, 10,500 LF curb and gutter, 7,300 tons AC Superpave, 26,000 SY of seal coat, and related items. See Special Provisions for Interim Completion Dates. Substantial completion date: 8/1/25 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
