Renovation of a municipal facility in Attica, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a 2,662-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Village of Attica -Village Hall Elevator Installation A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier/teller/treasurer's check payable to Village of Attica, or cash in the amount of Five Percent (5% ) of the bid, must accompany each bid, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into. A performance and payment bond shall be submitted by the successful bidder simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract. The amount of said bond to be equal to 100% of the sum of the contract. This bond will assure the Owner that the contractor shall perform and fulfill all of the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions and agreements of the contract including any duly authorized modifications. Bid will be received on a Lump Sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 1 General Trades Work (GC): General Construction The project consists of removing the existing exterior lift, existing sidewalk and railing in its entirety. Exterior sidewalk and railing to be replaced. Interior renovations of the existing vestibule and walkthrough to the court building to accommodate a new elevator lift. Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Structural modifications to the existing building for the construction of the new lift. Minor interior finish work new carpet and paint. Award Construction Contract 10/08/2025 Start Construction 10/06/2025 Construction Substantially Complete/Owner Occupy 02/20/2025 The R.F.I. deadline is Monday September 22nd, 2025, at 12:00 pm Construction Close Out 02/27/2025 All PRE-BID REQUEST FOR INFORMATION must be received no later than Monday September 15th , 2025 at 12:00pm All PRE-BID REQUEST FOR INFORMATION will be issued via addendum September 18th @ 3:00pm. EBCNYS 603.1 SCOPE LEVEL 2 ALTERATION INCLUDE THE RECONFIGURATION OF SPACE, THE ADDITION OR ELIMINATION OF ANY DOOR OR WINDOW.
