Contract 3: HVAC Construction The Project generally consists of the construction of new drinking water treatment equipment within a new pole barn structure, construction of a new finished water pump station and a new lagoon, construction of site utilities including but not limited to electrical and piping, including associated valves, fittings, and hydrants, completion of site work and construction of site features, and construction of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems at the Village of Attica Water Treatment Plant at 3368 Dunbar Road, Attica, NY 14011, as noted in the Bidding Documents dated November 2025.
