Renovation of a detention facility in Attica, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Note that parking restrictions and security provisions will apply, and all vehicles will be subject to search. Refer to Document 002218 for any additional requirements for attendance at the pre-bid site visit. Phone the office of Lori Pautler (585-591-0356) a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the date to provide the names of those who will attend the pre-bid site visit. Only contractors that schedule a visit at least 72 hours in advance will be allowed to participate in the pre-bid site visit. The project site is located at 639 Exchange Street Road, Attica, Wyoming County, New York. The intent of this limited survey was to identify suspect ACM, lead-containing materials, and PCBcontaining caulk that are located within designated areas of the dishwasher room and crawlspace area within Building No. 15 - Dining/Kitchen, situated at the Attica Correctional Facility. Specific areas surveyed included the following: o Dishwasher Area (1-23 and 1-24) o Crawlspace (B-24) The services performed on this project are not intended to represent a complete survey of the building. The survey was conducted for designated areas and components, as directed by Greg Schworm, representing Stantec Consulting Services. The subject areas were not occupied or operational at the time of the sampling event.
