Site work and paving for a road / highway in Springdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of September 11, 2024 project was awarded to Progressive Contracting, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** The Bid includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services to install approximately 3,000 cubic yards of rock rip-rap erosion protection, incorporating existing and supplemental vegetation, along approximately 600 linear feet of the North Fork of the Virgin River adjacent to Zion Park Boulevard in Springdale, Utah. A 100% performance, labor and materials bond will be required on this project. Every Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, naming the Town of Springdale as Owner. Bonds must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the Town of Springdale. The Town of Springdale reserves the right to reject any, or all bids, or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid, in the interest of the Owner.
