Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Springdale, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The Town of Springdale is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms for architecture services related to the design and construction of a new medical clinic building in the Town of Springdale. The Town of Springdale reserves the right to reject all proposals and re-issue the Request for Proposals. The Town further reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in the qualifications when such a procedure is reasonably in the best interest of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
