Pawleys Island South Parking Lot Repairs is a gravel parking lot at the end of Springs Avenue (S-22-104) on the southern tip of Pawleys Island. The existing gravel lot is approximately 28,800 sqft and is to be regraded and graveled with the bid option #1 for paving with asphalt pavement. The project includes select demolition, storm drainage installation, utilities, grading, paving, curbing, signage, and striping as shown in the design drawings. Construction needs to be done in two phases. Phase one construction of beach ADT ramp and sand fencing. Phase two construction of the parking lot with minimizing parking lot closing.
