MANAGER-AT-RISK
Bob Hope School, a Texas open-enrollment charter school,is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services for the construction of a new elementary building at the Bob Hope School campus in Pasadena, Texas. The project will be the construction of a new elementary classroom building that will be approximately 62,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with approximately 41 classrooms, administration offices, cafeteria and gymnasium, located at3601 Lily Street, Pasadena, TX77505. Bob Hope
School intends to evaluate the pool of eligible, responsive bidders and select a Construction
Manager-At-Risk in a one-steps election process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.

Deadline for responses to be submitted is 12:00 pm on August 5, 2024. Inquiries maybe submitted in writing via email to Mrs. Lea Ann Henrick (lea.
hendrick@bobhopeschool.org)with Bob Hope Schools no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. Sealed RFP responses will be openedat 2:00 pm on August 5, 2024
at the Bob Hope School’s central administrative offices located at 4545 Highway 73,Port Arthur, TX 77642.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 3601 LilyStreet, Pasadena, TX 77505 at2:00 pm on July 25, 2024.
The school reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFP, to waive any and all formalities technicalities, tore-advertise or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest of the school. Responses should be submitted sealed and plainly marked: “CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISKRFP.” Late responses will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
