PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISK Bob Hope School, a Texas open-enrollment charter school,is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services for the construction of a new elementary building at the Bob Hope School campus in Pasadena, Texas. The project will be the construction of a new elementary classroom building that will be approximately 62,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with approximately 41 classrooms, administration offices, cafeteria and gymnasium, located at3601 Lily Street, Pasadena, TX77505. Bob Hope School intends to evaluate the pool of eligible, responsive bidders and select a Construction Manager-At-Risk in a one-steps election process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.
