The City is seeking a comprehensive contract for HVAC Preventative Maintenace and Service as needed contractor for ongoing preventative maintenance, new installations, and repairs to existing equipment at City facilities. The City will require the Contractor to supply all equipment, tools, materials, mechanical machinery, and all labor and safety equipment to perform HVAC services for new installations and repairs. The initial term of a contract awarded as a result of this Competitive Bid shall be for a period of one year, with an intended contract from October 7th , 2024 Question Deadline - 08/14/2024 Questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed via email to: Coby Murrill, Maintenance and Grounds Superintendent, CMurrill@Ozarkmissouri.org. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical defects, and to select the proposal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City.
