Renovation of a municipal facility in Mantua, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. For work associated with the repair of drive thru ceiling at the Municipal Building in accordance. 1. Supply dumpster- Removal of existing ceiling and metal capping at dropped beam/soffit 2. Install new 2x4x16- furring strips perpendicular to the roof trusses- screwed in at 16"OC 3. Install new Gold Bond GP- eXP or equal sheathing - see attached submittal on product - this would be glues and screwed to 2x4 Nailers 4. Fabricate and install metal soffit capping- prefab- Dutra Sheet Metal or equal 5. Tape and finish with fiberglass mesh 6. Apply pre-cat. Epoxy primer and textured coating as req.- color TBD 7.
