Per the owner, this project has been canceled. Darlington County, South Carolina reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, to request additional information, and to interview, whichever is deemed to be in the Owners best interests The contractor shall obtain all applicable licenses, and promptly pay all taxes required by the State of South Carolina, and/or Darlington County The County of Darlington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design and build a concession stand with bathrooms at the Lamar Football field in Lamar, South Carolina. The County would like for the concession stand to be modeled after the concession stand located at the Hartsville National Dixie Youth Baseball Field located at Byerly Park in Hartsville, South Carolina All questions concerning this bid are to be submitted in writing via fax, Vendor Registry, or regular mail to Barry Odom, Procurement Analyst, to the address listed below, no later than August 14, 2024, by 11:00 AM
