Progreso High School Track Project a Bid Bond From a Reliable Surety Company Licensed to Operate in the State of Texas or Certified Cashier's Check, Payable Without Recourse to the Progreso Independent School District, for the Amount of No Less Than 5% of the Total Bid Shall Accompany the Bid as a Guaranty That, if Awarded the Contract, the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract With Progreso Independent School District. Progreso Independent School District Reserves the Right to Refuse and Reject Any or All Bid Proposals and to Waive Informalities or Defects in Submittal or to Accept Such Submittal as It Shall Deem to Be in the Best Interest of Progreso Independent School District. Bid Proposals Will Be Opened and Recorded Publicly Immediately After the Closing Time; However, Bid Proposals Will Not Be Available for Public Inspection Until a Contract is Awarded. Progreso Isd Board of Trustees Will Not Award on Opening but After Study and Consideration of Submittals. The Owner Reserves the Right to Hold All Bids for Sixty (60) Days From Date of Receipt Without Action and to Require Statements or Evidence of Bidder's Qualifications Including Financial Statements.
