In accordance with the provisions of Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 252 and 271, GEUS, a municipally owned electric utility and a separate and distinct instrumentality of the City of Greenville, Texas, is requesting submissions to contract with a proven business that has considerable experience in providing goods or services in response to this solicitation. The responses and the cost solutions shall be submitted to GEUS in a electronically via the IONWAVE online The awarded business shall possess a proven record of accomplishment of using innovative approaches to providing goods and services that represent the best value to their clients and have the ability to accomplish all aspects of the requested services. The selected Respondent should be able to provide innovative methods to deal with municipal challenges and cost-effective solutions.
