Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Dellroy, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of September 24, 2024 this was on hold. There will be a rebid and there will be another bid opening. the Dellroy Community Center Improvements Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Forms furnished with the Bidding Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Carroll County Commissioners or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Carroll County Commissioners. Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond must accompany Bid Bonds. Total Project Estimate is $117,265.00. Bidders must comply with federal labor standards and prevailing wage rates in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after the date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. Carroll County reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price.
