Operation of Government Access Cable Channel BTV 98 Question Deadline 08/16/2024 at 2:00 PM The City of Bonita Springs invites Letters of Interest and Qualifications Statements from Consultants to provide professional services for the project known as Operation of Government Access Cable Channel BTV 98. This project involves the Consultant assisting the City in efforts to grow and develop the use of Government Access Cable Channel BTV 98, including but not limited to: 1) establishing and improving the partnering opportunities with other local government agencies in order to generate additional educational and informational resources 2) direction on, and hands-on control of, operational issues, including developing an internship program for camera operation, program development and scheduling 3) investigation into, and evaluation of, additional commercial ventures as possible resources Consultants having questions concerning the professional/technical aspects of the Scope of Services for this project should direct them to procurementmgr@cityofbonitasprings.org All questions must be in writing and received by August 16, 2024. A performance bond is not required. The Consultant shall provide and perform the following professional services, which shall constitute the general scope of the basic services under the covenants, terms and provisions of this professional services agreement. The Consultant shall assist staff in the efforts to enhance the functions and operation of Government Access Cable Channel BTV 98 as further described in Section 2 below. This contract document does not entitle any firm to exclusive rights to City contracts. The City reserves the right to perform any and all required work in house or by any means it so desires, including procuring other consultants. Nothing within the scope will preclude a retained Consultant from being able to submit Letters of Interest on other work for professional services that the City of Bonita Springs is issuing an invitation for Letters of Interest The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
