Questions Due Date: Aug 5th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT Online Portal This Project consists of: 1. Construction stakeout 2. Site preparation 3. Excavation and material disposal 4. Grading and compaction of subgrade 5. Installation of aggregate subbase 6. Sidewalk 7. Driveway tie-ins 8. Pavement marking per approved HOP plans 9. Maintenance and protection of traffic 10. Restoration of all disturbed areas The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay "online" a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are to be used during this contract. All bidders must be PennDOT Pre-Qualified and comply with all permit conditions set forth in PennDOT permit no. 06118587. The Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
