The following is an invitation to provide a bid for the heating and cooling equipment for Fentress County Health Department, located at 240 Colonial Circle, Jamestown, TN 38556. The equipment will consist of: 1. Provide 5-ton 16 seer gas heat split system for new addition. With 100 MBH gas heat and 208/3V electrical. Trane Air Handler model S9X1C100 and 4TXCC007DS3 Coil. Trane Condensing unit model 4TTA7060. Rheem, Carrier, and York are approved equals. 2. Provide 5-ton 16 seer gas heat split system to replace existing 5-ton heat pump. With 100 MBH gas heat and 208/3V electrical. Trane Air Handler model S9X1C100 and 4TXCC007DS3 Coil. Trane Condensing unit model 4TTA7060. Rheem, Carrier, and York are approved equals. 3. Provide 1.5-ton Ceiling Cassette heat pump mini split for the Pharmacy. Mitsubishi indoor model TP1A0A018 and outdoor model TRUZA018. Rheem, Carrier, and York are approved equals. All bidders must be licensed to perform the work described as required by Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 6, Amended by Chapter 406 of the Public Work Act of 1977. Fentress County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder on alternatives or changes to the bid. Fentress County reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest of the County. This project is being supported with Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding.
