Repair and site remediation of small closet, Rooms 125 & 126, at B-Stack BLDG 2-1120, Fort Liberty, NC. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportations, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform operations necessary for repair and site remediation at BLDG 2-1120, Fort Liberty, NC. The contractor shall verify all dimensions and new and existing conditions at the site. The contractor shall notify the contracting officer in writing of any differing conditions before award. Acceptance of the contract shall constitute acceptance of the existing conditions. The contractor shall protect existing, in-place, and new work, always provide adequate protection for persons and property, and execute the work in such a manner to avoid any hazard to persons and property as necessary. WORK LOCATION: BLDG 2-1120, Small Closet, Rooms 125 & 126, Fort Liberty, North Carolina PERFORMANCE PERIOD: A. Duration is 30 Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 15 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP), (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 30 days from the issuance of the NTP.
