The date of availability for this contract is September 23, 2024. The interim completion date for this project is June 27, 2025. The completion date for this project is December 26, 2025. All prospective bidders shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor with the Department of Transportation prior to submitting a bid, in conformance with Article 102-2 of the 2024 NCDOT Standard Specifications.
