Renovation of a municipal facility in Bartonville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The proposed work is officially known as "Village of Bartonville-Roof Improvements. The project will involve a new roof. Construction may begin following bid approval with a deadline date of November 1st, 2024. Bids shall be made on a unit price basis. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be certified bank check or a bid bond. The Village of Bartonville reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, award shall be made to the low, responsible Bidder after the Bid evaluation has been completed. Eligible contractors shall comply with the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Act, (820 ILCS 265/) and the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01, et seq.).
