Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; for paving for a religious / funeral development; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery Paving and Sidewalk Repairs. Plan Deposits Must Be Certified or Cashier's Check Payable to State of Tennessee. Bidders Bidding $25,000 or More Must Be Licensed Per State Law. Five Percent (5%) Bid Security May Be Required. Non-discrimination Policy Applies. Question Deadline 08/23/2024 Bidders shall submit questions about Bidding Documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by Addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications. Questions must be received by Designer at least four calendar days before bid opening date. In compliance with Tennessee Code Annotated 12-4-113, no Addenda will be issued less than 48 hours of the bid opening, excluding weekends and legal holidays. Project to include paving of visitor loop, resurfacing of existing pavement, replacement of existing brick pavers with concrete, and ADA compliant upgrades to concrete sidewalks.
