The project aims to transform the existing hall-style restrooms on each floor into single-user facilities, complete with a shared sink area. ensuring compliance with ADA guidelines and optimizing user occupancy. The scope of work includes a comprehensive reconfiguration of the bathrooms, revamping of finishes, installation of toilet accessories, implementation of LED lighting with occupancy sensors, and upgrades to plumbing fixtures. The project will also involve significant upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and sprinkler system. The finishes will be revamped with a contemporary flair, including the flooring, wall treatments, and drop ceilings. The project will also raise the existing ceiling height wherever feasible. Toilet accessories will be installed as per guidelines set by F&S, including electric hand dryers in each individual restrooms, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, and toilet paper dispensers. Sanitary napkin dispensers and napkin disposal receptacles will also be provided. The project will also install energy-efficient LED lighting with occupancy sensors to manage lighting based on restroom usage patterns. Plumbing fixtures will be replaced with touchless fixtures that are hard-wired for power.
