The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so. The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: Asphalt removal and replacement of cart paths on Holes 15, 16, 17, & 18. at Sunset Valley Golf Club, 1390 Sunset Road, Highland Park, Illinois. The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Work will start Monday, October 7, 2024 and conclude by Friday, November 8, 2024. The bid includes Base Bid scope at: Sunset Valley Golf Club, 1390 Sunset Road, Highland Park, Illinois o 2" Grind/2" Overlayment of specified cart paths. This scope addresses cart path sections along holes 15, 16, 17, and 18. o Removal and Replacement of specified cart paths. This scope addresses cart path sections along holes 15 & 16. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the work or similar.
