The Work of the project includes but is not limited providing and installing one community storm shelter within Montgomery County at the Flatwood Community Center located at 360 Williams Drive, Montgomery, AL 36110. The project shall be completed within ninety (90) working days. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Montgomery County Commission in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00 must accompany the bidder's proposal. A performance bond in the form and terms approved by the County in an amount not less than the contract price will be required at the signing of the contract if the contract exceed $100,000.00.
