exterior cleaning on four (4) water tanks at three different locations. The first tank is the pink elevated water tank located at 1680 Dolton Road. The second tank is the yellow elevated water tank located at 96 River Oaks Center Drive. The last two tanks are above ground water storage tanks located at 945 State Street. If selected, the contractor would be required to enter into a contract Agreement with the City to complete the work and would be required to provide a one (1) year written warranty for labor, materials, equipment, and workmanship. The City of Calumet City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive or not waive any informality in the proposals, and to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to the City. If accepted, this letter, proposal quotation, and the following specifications and special provisions shall be made part of the Contract between the Contractor and the City of Calumet City.
