Single-Family Spec Homes Project - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1 car garage, unfinished basement Address of Property: 217 N. Ray This bid is for a General Contractor. If the bid exceeds $100,000, a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the bid price must be received at the time your bid is submitted. Bid guarantees must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument, assuring that the bidder shall, upon acceptance of his/her bid, execute such contractual documents as may be required within the time specified. Along with your bid you must also submit a certificate of current general liability insurance coverage, proof of Nebraska contractor registration, letters of good standing, list of subcontractors, list of any local suppliers to be used and references. The City of Valentine has the right to reject all bids at our discretion. Substantial completion of the construction must be done by December 31, 2024.
