Renovation of a municipal facility in Valentine, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Valentine is seeking qualified contractors to provide and install a new EPDM roof membrane system, including coverboard, over the existing roof. The project includes all necessary flashings, sealants, and terminations for a complete 20-year warrantied system. The Basis of Design is the Firestone Elevate Rubbergard 60 mil or an equivalent product. The roof system must be integrated into the existing roof area drains, and any obsolete roof penetrations and accessories should be removed as applicable. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formal defects or irregularities in the bids, when deemed to be in the interest of the city.
