The Corporation of the City of Mississauga ("the City") is seeking to procure General Contractor services to upgrade the washroom and change rooms at the Erin Meadows Community Centre (EMCC) Pool located at 2800 Erin Centre Boulevard, Mississauga. The Work will be divided into three phases to ensure there are two operating change rooms at all times when the pool facility opens to the public on September 21, 2024. Phase 1 - Male change room and barrier-free washroom. Phase 2 - Family change room. Phase 3 - Female change room. Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Remove and replace all change room shower areas and barrier-free washroom floor tile with new 2"x2" floor tile as described in the contract documents. - Remove and replace all 4"x4" wall tiles with new 4"x12" tiles as described in the contract documents. - Remove all shower areas and barrier-free washroom ceiling tiles and replace them with gypsum wallboards as described in the contract documents. Including the removal and reinstatement of existing sprinkler head covers, as required. - Remove and install shower fixture trim and shower accessories as described in the contract documents. - Remove and replace the change room shower area and barrier-free washroom ceiling light fixtures with new LED light fixtures as described in the contract documents.
