Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Leitchfield, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The project includes replacement of LED Airfield Lighting including, but not limited to, a new Rotating Beacon and Tipdown Tower, Primary Wind Cone Assembly, Runway and Taxiway Edge Lights, 2-Box PAPI systems, cabling, REIL's, and Runway Threshold Lights, as indicated in the plans and specifications. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract. The Leitchfield-Grayson County Airport Board's overall DBE goal for FY 2024 is 9.9% All questions related to the contract documents shall be directed to Dwight Clayton, PE at American Engineers, Inc. at dwight.clayton@stvinc.com. Addendums to the bid package will be issued through Lynn Imaging. The Leitchfield-Grayson County Airport Board will evaluate all submitted bids and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date Event bid notes: Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened.
