Site work for a recreation facility in Crown Point, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility.
Lake County Fairgrounds Gazebo. Labor and materials for the construction of a 18' diagonal gazebo with prefinished metal roof and cupola at top with white finished post, railings, brackets and ceiling set on thickened slab concrete base as described in the construction documents attached to the proposal. The description of the public work required by these specifications is outlined in the Attachment. The General Instructions to Bidder and County Forms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 16, 60 and Form 96 are made a part of these specifications as in fully set herein. 4. All bidders shall examine the specifications thoroughly to familiarize themselves with the requirements and type of public work requested. 5. The bidder must utilize the bid forms specified by the State Board of Accounts in addition to the required Lake County forms. The contractor shall have a goal of Thirty-Four (34%) Percent of minority work force participation (as a percentage of the total number of employees or the total number of hours worked on the project, whichever is greater) and 6.9% for work force participation by women (as a percentage of the total number of employees or the total number of hours worked on the project, whichever is greater), if available.
