Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Crown Point, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Base bid work for which proposals are to be received is for all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete all aspects within the construction documents. Lighting will be provided by owner (plan available). The successful bidder must be prepared to commit resources to complete the work without interruption as requested by City of Crown Point. It is important to the City the work be conducted in a timely, organized and sequential manner. Contractors shall comply with the City of Crown Point responsible bidder s Ordinance. Bids shall be properly and completely executed. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a filled-out Form No. 96 and acceptable bid security. Any Bid not accompanied by the required items shall be deemed to be a non-responsive Bid. The City reserves the right to retain all bids for a period of not more than 60 days and said bid shall remain in full force and effect during said time. The City further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the Contract to any Bidder all to the advantage of the City of Crown Point or to reject all bids.
