Scope of Work All costs, including but not limited to any items, associated with the mobilization of all equipment, manpower and materials needed to set-up and be ready to begin the removal and disposal of materials from the leachate lines and storage tanks and subsequent cleaning, inspection, videoing and documentation of the location(s) of the leachate lines along with the associated linear footage of each line and lateral(s).This line will be included as we are currently unaware of the quantity of sludge, material, debris, etc. within the tank(s). Question Deadline 08/13/2024 Requests for interpretations prior to receipt of Bids must be presented, in writing, to the Highway Superintendent of Yates County Highway Department to be given consideration at least seven (7) business days prior to the date set for the opening of Bids Questions, concerns, and/or requests for clarification should be directed to: Douglas M. Rapalee, Highway Superintendent Matthew Reed, Deputy Highway Superintendent Suzanne Kurz, Administrative Assistant Telephone (315) 531-3200 CR Number: 2112154 Contract term: 12 months Location: 309 Long Point Road, Town of Torrey, Yates County The bond shall be in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). A certified check, cashiers check, or a bank issued Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. Yates County reserves as its right; the right to accept or reject any and all bids
