Earliest Construction Start Tuesday, September 3, 2024 Project Completed On or before Friday, May 16, 2025 The City of Manchester's Parks, Recreation, and Cemetery Division invites Contractors to submit detailed bids for PVC Pool Membrane Installation. Unless otherwise determined to be in the City's best interest, the successful Respondent will: 1. Drain the lap pool in a manner that will protect the structure from groundwater damage. 2. Furnish and Install a 60 mil PVC pool liner system in the existing, high-use, concrete community pool before Parks covers the pool for winter or in May 2025 when uncovered for the season. 3. Provide and install adhesives, geotextile, felt, 60 mil reinforced membrane, all compression flanges, hardware, and incidental equipment for a satisfactory installation. 4. The liner should be textured to provide nonabrasive slip resistance, pore-free for ease of maintenance, and offer dependable watertight containment for deteriorated pools experiencing leaks. 5. Warranty the PVC membrane liner and installation against leakage for no less than (10) years. 6. Warranty deck caulking, concrete work, and any other work shall be for no less than one (1) year or the manufacturers' warranty period, whichever is greater. 7.
